潘孝胤,男,1974年10月出生,浙江宁海人。

潘孝胤,男,1974年10月出生,浙江宁海人。

1996年毕业于中国科技大学近代力学系,并师从国内著名量子力学专家范洪义教授攻读理论物理硕士,

1998年获硕士学位,同年留学美国纽约城市大学,师从美国著名的密度泛函理论以及电子结构研究先驱Viraht Sahni教授,2004年获博士。

2008年回国,被 宁波大学聘为甬江特聘教授,研究员。

主要从事密度泛函基础理论研究,现在在美国的APS上发表了论文6篇。还在JCP上发表5篇论文。

主要研究方向:现主要为密度泛函理论,一维多体模型,和流体力学。
