谭贤君,湖北石首人,研究员、博士生导师。中国科学院创新促进会优秀会员,国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。兼任民盟中央青年工作委员会委员,中国岩石力学与工程学会软岩工程与深部灾害控制分会理事,武汉岩土工程学会常务理事,《International Journal of Mining Science and Technology》中青年编委,《隧道与地下工程灾害防治》编委,2021世界交通运输大会(WTC)隧道工程学部“隧道及地下工程施工的新方法和新技术”技术委员会主席。

2005年毕业于石家庄铁道大学,获土木工程专业学士学位;2010年毕业于中国科学院武汉岩土力学研究所,获岩土工程专业博士学位(硕博连读),并留所工作,历任助理研究员(2011-2012年)、副研究员(2013-2017年)和研究员(2018年-)(其间:2017.01--2017.12, 澳大利亚塔斯马尼亚大学访问学者)。
长期从事寒区及软岩大变形隧/巷道灾变机理与防控技术方面的研究,主持包括国家自然科学优秀青年基金等国家、省部级纵向项目7项、企业委托项目20余项。近年来,针对高原寒区隧道进洞困难、地下水渗漏严重和围岩冻胀破坏现象普遍等难题,提出了考虑隧道内空气温度和湿度对低温岩体温度影响的风流场湍流模型、寒区隧道温度壁面函数模型,为寒区隧道的防寒保温层设计提供了理论依据和计算新方法;揭示了寒区隧道冻融条件下体积变形、温度、渗透压力和冻胀力相互影响规律,为复杂气候与地质条件下寒区隧道围岩冻融裂化及稳定性评估提供了理论支撑。此外,针对公路、铁路以及水利等领域隧/巷道工程建设中出现的挤压大变形控制技术难点,研发了包括高预应力注浆锚杆、微膨胀注浆加固材料、缓冲释能器、泡沫混凝土轻质充填材料及多种混凝土外加剂(包括:泡沫剂、高效液体速凝剂、润管剂和增粘剂等)在内的系列产品,形成以新型高预应力锚杆/索、注浆加固材料和释能支护结构为核心的超大埋深超长隧道大变形主动控制理论体系与技术。
出版中、英文(章节)专著各1部。发表SCI/EI收录论文100余篇(其中SCI论文46篇,EI论文49篇)。申请/授权发明专利38项。获得国家科技进步二等奖1项(排名3)、中国岩石力学与工程学会技术发明奖一等奖1项(排名1)、湖北省科技进步一等奖2项(排名2、4)、其他省部级奖励4项。
相关研究成果在西藏、青海、新疆等多个寒区及软岩大变形地下工程中得到应用,产生了显著的经济与社会效益。
