齐中英的个人简介
齐中英，男，毕业于哈尔滨工业大学热能工程专业。哈尔滨工业大学管理学院教授，现任哈尔滨工业大学管理学院博士生导师，教育部全国工商管理教学指导委员会委员，全国公共管理硕士MPA教育指导委员会委员，黑龙江省科技经济顾问委员会宏观经济组副组长。
